WEBSITES AND CUSTOMERS
Websites don’t care if you have stopped using their products, they will send you emails. No matter what! It’s their birthright, you can’t take it away from them. Patriarchy has gone too far and now is overtaking capitalism in terms of doing damage. I request all harassers and molesters to use these sites so you understand and I guarantee and question, How difficult is it to understand NO means NO?! That’s how it feels like.
They too have an unsubscribe button or a link which actually doesn’t work. The page doesn’t respond, so why is it there? Sometimes the page works and then they again ask are you sure you want to unsubscribe or not? YES!! Do you think I am insane to click on that button? Do you think I have doubts in my mind that I am not into you anymore? Exactly I am breaking up with you and yeah it’s not you, it’s me!
The digital marketers analyse their websites to help improve the business. Simple advice: stop spamming them regularly and get a life. The most amazing thing is that they read your feedback for real. I wrote thinking that they are not gonna read my texts, why would they care about it if they did they really would have not minded my business. I wrote them “Please get out of my life”. Minutes later I got a call from a guy and he was like sir, we have removed you from our mail list but we still got your message. I said “If I was removed from your mail then how and why did you mail me?” A nanosecond later I realized “oh, he has to inform me of this somehow, so he is not at fault.”
Basically I got an email saying that I won’t be getting any mail from them from hereon. But the mail spam led to my rage. The thing with these sites is that they want to become your family member, they want to know everything about you, so that they can sell. It’s good to know that they want to be a part of your life but the problem is they never ask you. You had a fling with someone you don’t and ask that person to marry you right?
These websites are monitored by analysts and they decide on the basis of analytics available on how the customers behave on the site. They say “sir you visited this page so would you like to know about so and so things”. This is like a shopkeeper trying to sell but he doesn’t know that you are window shopping. But he still wants to sell and you can’t buy because you both have a month end.
It’s not incorrect grammar. Month end is a disease, so you both “have” month end, just like HIV-AIDS or fever.
The greatest thing about these websites is that now they let you choose the kind of mails you want to receive. I mean they want to be a part of your family so desperately that now they are like giving options.
“Okay you don’t want to be my girlfriend. Then be my half-girlfriend.”
